Once you've done that, click the "Calculate" button & the freight cost will automatically display. If at that point you want to go ahead & order, just click the "Checkout" button to proceed.


We use Australia Post to send & deliver all orders.
All orders are sent fully insured.


All orders within Australia are sent using the eparcel service.
Where possible we give the option of Standard (5-10 days delivery) or Express (2-5 days delivery) freight.
Please Note - Express freight is not available to some postcodes.

We endeavour to send orders within 24 hours of them being placed & paid (EXCLUDING weekends & holidays)
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne location every business day (Monday to Friday)
No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or VIC Public Holidays.

Due to Australia Post box size restrictions we are unable to ship bikes completely assembled.
We take great care to pack your new bike to avoid any damage in transit.
Once you receive your bike, all you need to do is put on the bars, wheels, pedals & seat/post, then hook up the brakes & go shred.
If you are not mechanically minded then we highly recommend you have your local bikeshop complete the assembly for you.
Please ensure your bike is properly assembled before riding to avoid any product failure due to incorrect installation.
Faliure caused by incorrect installation is not covered by warranty.

All transactions are carried out securely online & all your credit card information is encrypted for your protection.
We do not accept American Express, Diners Club, Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Cheques or C.O.D. Payments.

If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from us, please email 
You are able to return an item for exchange, subject to the following conditions:

•    All returns must be authorized prior to shipment, and a copy of your invoice/receipt must be included
•    Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
•    All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original parts & packaging intact.
•    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns, except where Strictly BMX shipped an item
     which was not ordered.
•    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on warranty replacements.
•    DVD returns will only be accepted where the dvd was damaged prior to delivery, has a manufacturing fault
     or an incorrect title was supplied.
•    We generally do not issue refunds unless goods supplied are faulty or not the items you ordered.
•    In certain extreme cases, refunds may be granted but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
•    No returns after 14 days from the date of purchase
•    No returns on parts that have been installed or bikes that have been ridden.
•    No returns on worn &/or washed clothing.
•    No returns on custom-built wheels, custom bikes, or special-order items.
•    No return on sale items. Sale is final.


Possible warranty claimers please email with details. Be aware that manufacturers will not warranty bikes run over by mum in the SUV &/or parts damaged by hanging up, landing flat bottom or throwing your bike.

•    Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship.
•    Damage from riding abuse, neglect and accidents are not covered under any warranty.
•    Warranties will be refered to the manufacturers or their authorised Australian distributors.
•    We are happy to facilitate any warranty but, please remember it is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer
     to repair or replace defective merchandise.
•    Please refer to any warranty card/form provided with products, some require filling out and sending to the
     associated manufacturer/distributor. Failure to do so can void any warranty.
•    Any associated labour and freight costs are not covered under any warranty.
•    The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved, including shipping a defective product to Strictly
     BMX, and Strictly BMX shipping a replacement to the customer.
•    For all warranty claims , you will need to return the item to us along with your original receipt.
•    Once we receive the product back instore we will follow the warranty procedure with the relevant
     manufacturer or distributor. We try to do this as quickly as possible but, please be patient.
•    We only warranty products bought from Strictly BMX. If you bought it elsewhere in Australia or overseas,
     then you need to contact the store you originally purchased from.




All the information you provide to including your email address and credit card details are kept strictly private and confidential. will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent.
As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
Credit card fraudsters & thieves are an exception to this policy. We can & will distribute your personal details across all social media outlets.
