Strictly team rider Troy Jackson has been spotted on the cover of the new 2020 Bmx magazine due out any day now! the photo was also shot by Cooper Brownlee who runs our Ringwood store.

We cant give away too much info but here's a little info....

The pipe has been taking shape at a secret location in Victoria over the last few months. The comp will be on in late May and will be strictly invite only.The dirt pipe is 120m long, 12ft deep half pipe cut into the side of a hill. With a 6m high roll in at the start with hips, jumps, wallrides and other obstacles built into it. The comp itself will be run as a jam session with no timed runs or extra pressure. 30 of the best dirt riders from Australia and around the world will be invited to ride at the event. There will be no public entry. Footage will be fed to related sites not long after the event.

Comp: Sunday 25th May-Prize Money: $10,000 AUD..1st: $5,000 2nd: $3,000 and 3rd: $1,500 special judges award: $500

Kym dropped in for some pics of his new bike setup the other day, he heads off for Mexico for the Redbull Elevation contest then off to the Macneil headquarters in Canada to live for a few years. All the new orange coloured parts are in stock now.

This is the new prototype refined Fly stem, machined more on the sides and front plate also hollowed out internally more. The new pegs in alloy (silver) and cro-mo (black) The alloy ones are the lightest pegs I've held, they are machined thinner externally at the top  and thicker at the bottom, (makes sense). The grips pictured are the flatland Suelo grips which come approx 40cm long so you can run them down to your cross bar or just cut them to whatever length you like.
