What can be returned?
Products that are new & unused, which show no signs of wear to either the product itself or the packaging.
All returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking & handling fee.
What can NOT be returned?
No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase
Parts that have been installed or bikes that have been ridden.
Clothing which has been worn &/or washed
Custom-built wheels, custom bikes, or special-order items.

How do I return items?
If you wish to return an item purchased from us, please contact us first via email shop@strictlybmx.com or by phone 0458 279 826 before sending the item. No returns accepted without prior approval from us.
After you've been in contact to arrange a return, we will advise how you should go about returning the item(s) to us. Depending on the reason for return, you may be liable for the return postage costs.
Items must be packaged securely and well protected. Items damaged in transit back to us will not be exchanged. Please include your name, address, phone number & email address and order reference number.
Packaging materials?
All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original parts & packaging intact. No exceptions.
Will I be charged for returns?
All returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking & handling fee.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or item, or simply changed your mind, then you are responsible for all return shipping costs & a possible handling fee if deemed applicable.
If Strictly BMX has supplied an incorrect or faulty item then we will happily cover all return shipping costs.
We do accept returns from orders shipped internationally. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, and all conditions above as to the state of the goods and packaging apply. Please contact us prior to sending back a return from outside Australia.
What next?
Once the returned item is received we will dispatch replacement, issue credit or follow up in any other way to resolve the issue for you.
In store return option?
We also accept mail order returns instore. Again, please contact us prior to your visit.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds unless goods supplied are faulty or not the items you ordered.
In certain very extreme cases, refunds may be granted but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per item
