FREIGHT COST

Want to know how much that Bike, Frame or Bars will cost to get delivered to you?

Just add the item(s) in question to cart & then click the "Freight Estimator" button next to the "Checkout " button on the Cart page. You'll be prompted to enter your postcode (if you live in Australia) or country (if you live outside Australia).
Once you've done that, click the "Calculate" button & the freight cost will automatically display. If at that point you want to go ahead & order, just click the "Checkout" button to proceed.

FREIGHT METHOD

We use Australia Post to send & deliver all orders.
All orders are sent fully insured.

DOMESTIC

All orders within Australia are sent using the eparcel service.
Where possible we give the option of Standard (5-10 days delivery) or Express (2-5 days delivery) freight.
Please Note - Express freight is not available to some postcodes.
Eparcel packages can be tracked online from the point they leave us until they reach you.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are sent using the Express Courier International service.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We endeavour to send orders within 24 hours of them being placed & paid (EXCLUDING weekends & holidays)
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne location every business day (Monday to Friday)
No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or VIC Public Holidays.
If an item on your order is unavailable for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone.
All first time shoppers & all international orders are subject to an additional security check which MUST be completed prior to orders being shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched an email will be sent to the customer advising the package tracking number.
This tracking number can be used to check the transit progress of your order

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Not within Australia.
If you are ordering from outside Australia there may be taxes levied on your order which will be consistent with that country's tax structure.
For more information, you should consult your local Customs Authority & Postal Service.

FREIGHT ON COMPLETE BIKES

Due to Australia Post's box size restrictions we are unable to ship bikes completely assembled, and in most cases we have to re-pack the bikes to shorten the box size for delivery. IF YOU WANT THE BOX TO BE LEFT ORIGINAL, we will need to send through a separate courier service and you will need to pay the extra charge (May apply if you are collecting bikes to keep in original boxes - Retro re-release etc...)
We take great care to pack your new bike to avoid any damage in transit.
Once you receive your bike, all you need to do is put on the bars, wheels, pedals & seat/post, then hook up the brakes & go shred.
If you are not mechanically minded then we highly recommend you have your local bikeshop complete the assembly for you.
Please ensure your bike is properly assembled before riding to avoid any product failure due to incorrect installation.
Faliure caused by incorrect installation is not covered by warranty.
