Biggest influences in BMX:
My biggest influence growing up and still now is Alex Hiam.
Where are you living at the moment? And where did you grow up?
I grew up in a small place called Rosebud near Melbourne, but currently I’m living in the Gold Coast! And absolutely loving it!
What are you doing for work these days?
The last year and a half I’ve pretty much been just doing shows on and off for work! Last year I was doing show for the great Moscow circus, then I was doing a lot for Freestyle Now, and recently I’ve been doing shows for SeaWorld! Heaps of fun!
Top 3 places you’ve ridden over the years: ]
Number 1 would have to be Woodward East when I was 16, still to this day one of the best weeks of my life! Number 2, the Hill Fire dirt jumps at Act Jam 2023! They were unreal! Number 3 probably the HVT trails in Perth! It’s always a great time riding out there with some great people.
What are your interests outside of Riding?
I also like a bit of mountain biking, I love taking my mums dogs running, but since I moved to Gold Coast I’ve really missed them, I do a lot of gym, but pretty much just riding hahahahha.
Tell us something about your local scene:
My new local scene in the Gold Coast is great! So many different people to ride with, most weeks I’ll ride at the Aus Cycling parks, then most weekends will be riding out a Clint’s place aswell and some sessions at Pizzey or Beenleigh.
What’s your “go-to” trick you just have to do every session out on your bike?
Pretty much every session I try to do every trick I can do at that park, plus try something new aswell because until then I’m not satisfied hahahaha.
What motivates you to go out and ride all the time?
I feel so motivated to ride all the time because I love the feeling of being better than I was the day before, also it just gives me purpose in my life, something to work on every day!
Favourite Product that you run?
I love freecoaster hubs! They are so much fun and opens up so many trick possibilities! I would never run a cassette again.
